The Bible teaches that all have sinned and fall short of the
glory of God. (Rom. 3:23). This bad news gets even
worse! There is a penalty for people who are "sinners."
Romans 6:23 teaches that the wages of sin is death! This
means that if you die and your sins have never been
forgiven, you will have to pay the penalty for a being a
sinner, which is "spiritual death." Spiritual death is eternal
seperation from God and results in such people being
tormented forever in a place called Hell.
You are probably thinking that surely YOU will go to
Heaven because you are a "good person" and have done a
lot of "good things" and "good works" in your life. Think
